My Story

Dr. Dylan O’Keeffe, DPT

As a licensed physical therapist with over fifteen years of experience, and more than five years working in home care, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to be strong where you actually live.

Too often, I was called in after a fall, fracture, or hospitalization—always working on the reactive side of health.

That’s why I started HomeStride.

This work is about being proactive. Showing up before the incident happens. Helping people build real balance, strength, and confidence so they can stay on their feet, in their homes, and in control of their lives.

Since launching HomeStride, I’ve helped older adults stay independent and mobile through simple, personalized strength and fall-prevention training—delivered entirely in the comfort of their own homes.
